Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect emails from one email mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just select the e-mail account you want to forward emails from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
